The outer spherical Pillow bearing with housing is a kind of bearing unit which combines the rolling bearing with the housing.Most external spherical bearings regards outside diameters as spherical surface,mounted with inlet housing with ball bore, it has automatic self-aligning function .The outer diameter of the bearing and the inner diameter of the housing are spherical cooperation, the two parts has automatic self-aligining function,It can compensate the non-coincidence of axis and the deformation of mounting bottom caused by installation error.
It has large load capacity , due to the inner structure of the outer spherical bearing is same as 62000 and 63000 series of Deep groove ball bearing.
The FS external sperical bearing with housing can not only withstand radial load , but also withstand a certain axial load.At the same time,bearing work has low noise .
It has long lifespan , ccording to the use of different environmental temperature , grease lubrication can choose normal temperature, low temperature and high temperature grease , standard product is lithium-based grease No.2,the usage temperature is -10ºC~120ºC ,when bearing working temperature is above 70ºC long term,the service life of the oil is shorter than the one under the normal working temperature .
Excellent sealing performance , Sturdy housing, Bearings and housing can be completely interchangeable, Bearings can be easily locked onto the shaft .
